Do you ever find yourself wishing there was someone who could help you with the challenges of building your business? Someone you can trust who understands the unique issues and differences faced by small business owners and entrepreneurs? This is why we developed the WCG Small Business Incubator Program. Unlike a typical Business incubator, we are coaches and educators and we approach all our client’s challenges with a partnership mentality. Working together, we set goals, assess environments, appraise capabilities, craft a specific strategy, implement the strategy, then evaluate and control the results.

We work with a select few companies and startups; choosing only those we believe have a viable product or service with a sustainable competitive advantage, and ownership that is capable and committed to doing the hard work necessary to move the company forward.

We offer three types of incubator service. Each lasts three months and consists of one meeting per week for a total of twelve meetings. Business development leaders, marketing experts, attorneys, accountants, executives, and insurance executives will coach Sessions. We will of course be available to take questions by phone or email when necessary.

INCUBATOR 1

INCUBATOR 1 has been designed for entrepreneurs seeking assistance to tackle the unique and often complex issues common to all startups. A three-month course, consisting of 12 classes, will be taught by WCG business development leaders, marketing consultants, attorneys, accountants, and other functional experts – all with real world experience. BUSINESS ACCELERATOR: THINKING THREE MOVES AHEAD

INCUBATOR 2 has been designed for small business owners seeking assistance to tackle the unique, and often complex, issues of growing a business, A three month course, consisting of 12 classes, will be taught by WCG business development leaders, marketing consultants, attorneys, accountants and other functional experts. WCG executives will work with you to identify specific issues that should be addressed. This is an open platform where all of your questions will be answered.
